I want revision surgery..

I had my first functional rhinoplasty in January. I had a bulbous nose and a hump, so I got septoplasty, something with the inferior turbinates..? and had the nasal tip raised with septal cartilage. My bridge was already high, so they shaved down the hump, removed fat, and did cartilage suturing too. It cost around the mid-3 million won range (I’m a college student, so I saved up with difficulty). Thankfully, it was covered by indemnity insurance, so the actual amount I paid was small. But until one month post-op, I couldn’t tell because of the swelling, and as the swelling gradually went down, the nostril asymmetry started to look really obvious, and the axis of my nose itself seems tilted too On top of that, functionally, I can feel something like cartilage? in my left nostril that wasn’t there before, and I don’t know if it’s because of that, but my nose feels especially more blocked and I can’t breathe well I really like the line, but I wish the nasal tip were slimmer.. I’m debating whether I should get AS, or go consult at other hospitals for revision surgery Even if I get AS, I’m not sure whether the parts I want improved will actually get better Open surgery had so much swelling and made daily life so hard, so I want to do closed surgery, but I heard closed surgery is more expensive again My head hurts, seriously.. If there’s a functional problem, I wonder if indemnity insurance would apply for the revision.. People with a lot of revision surgery experience, please give me some advice..
