I heard Director O.M.C. was meticulous, so I went all the way from another region, but the eye consultation was over in 5 minutes. About 10 minutes total for eyes and nose combined? He seemed very busy, and the consultant wasn't exactly that friendly either. For younger people here, when going to GRD, it might be good to go to the consultation with a parent or friend.
