I had a consultation for double-jaw surgery, and it took about 3 weeks to get an appointment and have the consultation. The consultation time was longer than with the directors at other hospitals, and they said they only do 1 surgery per day, so I think that was good. They also didn’t pressure me to have surgery, and the consultant was kind too. However, I’m not sure if the staff member answering calls at the desk was new, but making the reservation was inconvenient.
