3 years ago, I only had the nasal tip done with ear cartilage, but the tip drooped and the hump wasn't shaved down, so the hump looked way too prominent. I decided to get revision surgery, and it's now day 5 after surgery.. Compared to my first surgery, the arrow-nose/long-nose look is definitely gone, and the nasal tip has become really sharp and high.. Since the hump was also refined, I'm looking forward to the bridge line too. I still haven't had the splint removed, but I'm satisfied! Now I just hope the nasal tip comes down a bit from here, the swelling goes down, and it becomes slim.. For reference, until day 3 after surgery, my nose looked so short and stubby that I thought it was ruined, but maybe I've gotten used to it or something. Considering it will drop going forward, both the height and length seem appropriate! After taking the cotton packing out, breathing through my nose became so much easier, and the pain also went away a little I did it with septal cartilage + ear cartilage, without an implant
