BeforeAfterAfterI had filler before, but it gradually migrated downward and I didn’t like it, so I thought, if I’m going to spend money, I should get rhinoplasty. So this time I had nose surgery. I used autologous tissue for the nasal tip, and had septal cartilage and silicone inserted. Looking at the photos now, it’s 8 months post-op, and it just completely feels like my own nose. It looks natural, right?? I’m happy because I got a nose that filler could never create lol
