And while filling out the chart, the consultant first wrote down what my condition was like because it was a revision rhinoplasty! I went into the consultation right on time! haha The doctor talked to me about plaster-cast rhinoplasty, explained the surgical method, and held up a large mirror while talking about my problems! While doing that, he asked what problems I personally thought I had and what I was curious about! During surgery, he wanted to try putting in silicone and have the patient look at it directly and decide before proceeding! Because he prioritizes safety, he told me not to drink even one sip of alcohol for 6 months! He said it would be good to do nostril reductionㅠ ㅠ But once nostril reduction is done, it can’t be reversed, so I’m really conflicted.! How is it for those who have had nostril reduction? For the price, I’m from Daegu,,,, and it was similar to Daegu! It was around 3.8 to 4 million won. If I do nostril reduction, it’ll probably cost more. I didn’t really have that in mind, so I couldn’t ask!! The price was okay, but somehow I wasn’t strongly drawn to it.

As soon as I opened the door on the 1st floor, it was immediately the plastic surgery consultation desk! As someone from outside Seoul, I was amazed and flustered! When I went in, I’m not sure if they were waiting patients or guardians, but there were more people than I expected, about 5~6! The staff at the information desk called people “Mr./Ms. so-and-so”! Somehow it felt respectful, so I appreciated it! I filled out the chart briefly, and the doctor had arranged things according to the consultation time! It seemed like the doctor came in a little busy, butㅠㅡㅠ still, the consultation was detailed. It was about 20 minutes! They talked about using ear cartilage for a natural result, lowering the nostril rims, and here too they asked what I thought about nostril reductionㅠㅠ They also took photos and used Photoshop while explaining that it would look like this.! The price was in the low 5 to 6 million won range! They also said they provide laser swelling careㅎㅎ

Everyone, if at all possible, don’t get nose surgery!!!ㅠ If you don’t like your first surgery, or as time passes, you have to think about revision surgery, and once you touch it, you can’t go back. The image only becomes somewhat similar; it just becomes a third nose.
