Because I can’t breathe through my nose, I think the recovery period is the hardest.
My chest feels tight and I’m panicking I haven’t been able to breathe through my nose for 6 days, so my head hurts too and it’s hard I have no energy, my throat hurts, and I have no appetite.
I honestly feel like I’m about to go crazy... Being able to breathe through your nose is happiness.
I feel so suffocated right now that I’m having another reality check Like who am I getting plastic surgery for, why do I have to do it, etc. I suddenly got hit with that feeling, and even the thought of wanting to do anything else has disappeared;;;;; I absolutely don’t want a third nose surgery... I don’t think nose surgery is an easy surgery at all,,, it really messes with you mentally
