They said they would do all three: non-incisional double eyelid surgery, upper canthoplasty, and lateral + lower canthoplasty. The doctor understood exactly what I wanted on the first try. I said I wanted to open up the stuffy inner corner area with upper canthoplasty and make the line round, pulling it out into a semi-out line. At that moment, he immediately changed the line and asked, “Is this what you want?” I said yes, and he said if I had surgery, it would definitely come out exactly like this.
I was a bit worried about the lateral canthoplasty incision, so I drew a picture and asked, if it’s cut, wouldn’t it turn out like this and this, and how would that be resolved? He said it would just end up rounded off, somewhat similar to a ㄷ shape. Besides that, I asked in detail about side effects, my lateral canthoplasty limit of 1.5 mm, and so on.
