Hehe, hello. I had breast surgery in April 2022, and it has now been about 1 year and 4 months. I had surgery with Mentor Extra, 270 on the left and 295 on the right.
<Reason for choosing the hospital> The director is someone truly devoted to breasts.. I had already heard through word of mouth that he specializes in breast surgery and is very skilled. And when I went for my consultation, he recommended a safe and beautiful implant size that suited my body. After checking the size of my breast pocket? he said I absolutely should not go beyond this, and chose the maximum size within the safest range, so I felt drawn to him. He also considered my skin and tissue characteristics and recommended things so that rippling would not occur. But now that I have had the surgery, even this looks big. I’m glad I didn’t overdo it. I trusted him because of his explanations about minimizing surgical scars, the surgical method, and so on. I especially liked that, to prevent bottoming out? over time, he initially placed the implants slightly higher, so that from about one month after surgery they would settle naturally. They have not gone down any further, and right now they are in exactly the ideal breast position.
<Scars> I am currently 1 year and 4 months post-op, and I had the transaxillary approach. At first, they were red and looked slightly raised like keloids, so I asked the hospital, and they told me to wait a little. So I consistently used the hospital laser treatments + Noscarna Gel. As a result, now they have turned into pale white lines that are really hard to see, and because the other creases in my armpits are also white, it doesn’t look like a surgical scar!! I thought a lot about surgical scars before surgery too, and I had heard that the director handles this kind of thing well.
<Lastly> So far, I have been doing well without any problems. If the surgery itself goes wrong, problems usually arise within a year, and since that period has passed, I think the surgery itself was done well without issues. Since implants are being placed in the body, I had the surgery prepared to lie on the operating table one more time later if any problem were to arise. Even so, at my current young age, I wanted to be more beautiful, and I’m happy that the complex that made me reluctant to meet people because of my breasts has been resolved. Since the director performed the surgery safely and takes good care of aftercare (scar care, prevention of capsular contracture, etc.), I still feel reassured.
