Before <my original nose><> I had a very severe hump nose, and the tip dropped like an arrow nose when I smiled. Of course, the tip was low too, and the bridge was not worth mentioning.. I had been filling it with filler, so I didn’t know any better.. It’s now almost two months since surgery, and the tip is still holding up well without sagging Before surgery, I worried that if I used ear cartilage, it might sag, but it seems like that worry was for nothing. A nose that is going to sag will sag even if rib cartilage is used, as I saw with a friend Anyway, the swelling seems to have mostly gone down now, and all I can think is that getting nose surgery was the right choice!!
