Before before before after after after Hello, I’m going to post a review of 3-part facial contouring. I usually looked like Thomas, so my face looked like a full moon. It wasn’t that my face was big; my facial features are small, but my eyes are big and there is a lot of blank space on my face, so I looked like Thomas. I had always thought I would need facial contouring someday, and I decided to do it before I got a bit older and my recovery ability decreased.
[ Side cheekbones + 45-degree cheekbone (one side only) + long-curve square jaw + T-osteotomy of the chin] • Day 1 - After general anesthesia your throat hurts, but mine was especially swollen and painful, so that was hard. After the surgery, when I came home, I could still swallow water and take medicine, but at dawn my face and throat swelled more, and phlegm came up, so it was hard to breathe and I couldn’t swallow water, so I struggled a lot
• Day 2 - The pain got worse and all the swelling came up, so I couldn’t eat and only swallowed a little water, enduring it with the medication. I had a bit of a headache too, but more than the facial pain, the throat pain from general anesthesia was harder I couldn’t swallow water I tried to get through it with the medication.
• Day 3 - I started eating small amounts of pumpkin porridge and milk, and the pain and swelling had gone down compared with Day 1. However, my throat still had a slight cough and some phlegm, and blood was coming out mixed from my nose and in the phlegm, but they said it’s actually good for it to come out.
• Day 4 - I started eating steamed egg and ice cream, and tried to drink a lot of water. I had some pain in my face and throat, and the throbbing pain in my gums was probably the hardest. It felt like when getting braces Also, the bruising started turning yellow, and I tried really hard to gargle well because I was scared of inflammation.
• Day 5 - I started trying to mash up dumpling soup and swallow it. Because I couldn’t eat well, I could feel my immunity dropping, and I lost a lot of weight I also made sure to drink protein shakes. But I regretted not taking supplements at this time too The reason comes on Day 7.
• Day 6 - When I opened my eyes in the morning, my throat stung and the medication had worn off, so I woke up cursing a little from the pain… but now it was becoming more bearable, so I could get up well and swallow water well, though a slight cough and throat swelling still remained! I improved enough to be able to go for walks.
• Day 7 - It was the day to remove the stitches, but my mouth felt like it hadn’t healed, and blood kept coming from inside my mouth, so I was worried whether it would be okay to remove the stitches. At the beginning I couldn’t eat well, so I felt my recovery was slow. I went to get the stitches removed,
and as expected, I had healed less than other people. Only on the right side, blood was still pooled at the stitched area inside my mouth, so the nurse and the director squeezed it all out, stitched a little more in the area that hadn’t healed enough, and removed all the remaining stitches.
I guess the problem was that I couldn’t eat or sleep well. Or maybe my recovery is slower than other people’s Anyway, you really have to eat properly, and I think it would be good to take supplements too, like vitamins.
Also, I kept wearing the compression band even while sleeping, and kept doing cold compresses, but since blood might possibly be pooled, until before the stitches are removed, I think it’s good to use the compression band well for hemostasis. Everyone else, please make sure to eat well and sleep well. That way you’ll heal quickly and suffer less.
