And the most uncomfortable thing is that I can’t breathe through my left nostril.. Before the revision surgery, I could breathe through my nose just fine It’s so uncomfortable and difficult. 1. Even with autologous costal cartilage, does the nasal tip come down? 2. Is not being able to breathe through my nose simply due to swelling of the mucous membrane, or is it because the nasal tip was set too high? 3.
