Nose Surgery Reviews

I had revision rhinoplasty, but did it turn out well...?

Before<nasal dorsum swelling>Before beforeI’m someone who had revision rhinoplasty 2 weeks ago My nose was long and very low, so from the beginning I mainly went around consulting at places that do more dramatic surgery...! My nose really did get a lot higher, but maybe because only the nasal tip was raised too much it looks too unnatural and doesn’t seem to suit me, like Pinocchio... And the most uncomfortable thing is that I can’t breathe through my left nostril.. Before the revision surgery, I could breathe through my nose just fine It’s so uncomfortable and difficult. I used autologous costal cartilage, so please look at the photos and give me a cold, honest evaluation I spent a lot of money on this, so I’m upset. Please also answer a few questions for me~!!

1. Even with autologous costal cartilage, does the nasal tip come down? 2. Is not being able to breathe through my nose simply due to swelling of the mucous membrane, or is it because the nasal tip was set too high? 3. The nasal dorsum at the arrow area is swollen and feels raised when I touch it; could it be swelling? 4. I clearly asked for a straight-to-slightly upturned line, but once the swelling goes down, will that line appear..?
