What I want to say is, before surgery, get a breast ultrasound, and if you have dense breasts or firm tissue and thick skin, make sure to put in a soft implant
If you put in something springy like Motiva, the feel is damn hard Even though it's been over a year, I feel like I'm the only one with such a bad texture...
