Hehe, I’ve had revision rhinoplasty twice, and today is exactly day 8 since my second surgery. For my first surgery, they only used silicone, but it looked too natural, so I had revision surgery. For the revision, they used ear cartilage and donated costal cartilage. But after the revision, my nasal bridge sank and became crooked, and it was obviously asymmetrical at a glance + the implant showed through the skin. Somehow my nose also looked long, so I wanted long-nose correction too haha If you call it emotional distress, I really went through a lot, but I really like my nose shape now.. lololol This time, they used silicone for the nasal bridge and autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip!! They said once the swelling goes down from here, it may come down slightly, but there won’t be any major change in shape. I really hope it stays like this forever
