I had L-shaped silicone 10 years ago, and all this time I lived thinking that nose was my own nose, but my nose can change like this too My side profile looked a bit like Avatar, and I was annoyed that my nostrils showed from the front too. I should have done nose revision surgery sooner Right now, it seems like the swelling on both sides of my nose is going down unevenly? But I'm very satisfied with the overall shape, so I'm not particularly worried Breathing through my nose has definitely become much more comfortable compared with right after the splint was removed. Oh, and my ribs.............I saw hell on the first day, but now they're much better
