Since I was very, very, very, very young, my teeth gradually became misaligned and my asymmetry progressed little by little, and I became aware of it starting in my second year of high school. So from a young age, I went around to many different hospitals, and the hospitals said it could only be fixed with surgery,, that it was a case that could not be corrected with orthodontics. It was hard to decide on surgery right away, so as I thought about it more carefully, several years passed, and during that time, the asymmetry became a complex for me, so I became reluctant to take photos and lived always wearing a mask. Then, once I decided to have surgery, I personally went around to many double jaw surgery clinics! And during the consultation with the doctor, they showed my face in 3D and explained everything well, so I decided on Y Oral because it had the most things I was satisfied with! So I paid the deposit and first started pre-surgical orthodontic treatment, began orthodontics in September, and had surgery in mid-March! Because I was tensing my mouth, the asymmetry did not stand out extremely much,, Anyway, it was visible, but there was a bit more! Even just looking at the photos, that was with me tensing! So it looks less severe,,
<First day> I think the surgery went from around 10:30 to about 2:30! As soon as I came out after surgery, anesthetic gas?? was still left in my lungs, so they said I must not fall asleep, and the nurses kept shaking me and waking me up! I am also on the larger side, so they said I might fall asleep even more, so the nurses had a hard time,,! As soon as I came out, breathing was the hardest and most uncomfortable thing! But there was something like a big hose inside my nose, so I could breathe through my nose, even if only very slightly! I was used to breathing through my nose, then suddenly being told to breathe only through my mouth was hard to adapt to,, Still, other than breathing, it was not that hard!
<Day 2> They removed the blood drain and removed the urinary catheter. (Removing the urinary catheter hurt a little,,) After the drain was removed, my nose was completely blocked, and I almost died,, I had to breathe entirely only through my mouth,, I had never breathed only through my mouth before,, and when I tried to drink water,, I couldn't breathe and couldn't drink water either,, So I practiced quite a bit The nurse took such good care of me that I felt I really suffered less because of it! The nurses really take very good care of you!
<Day 3> I was extremely swollen, but once I came home, I felt like I could live. Some kind of stability? But other people said they drank New Care well, but for me it was so hard to drink New Care,, I could only drink about half a bottle a day,, They said men should drink 3-4 after discharge,, But it wouldn't go down for me, so from around day 4, I started drinking almost 1??
<Days 5-6> After a little time passed, the bruising started to come up! From this point, my nose became completely open!!!!!!! From then on, I really felt like I could live!! Being able to breathe through my nose and eat made life a bit easier,,? lol
<Day 10> The bruising is almost gone, and only a lot of swelling remains! The inconvenient things are that my mouth doesn't open and eating is uncomfortable? I think that's about it!
<Day 15> A lot of the swelling has gone down, and now I can see myself looking much better! To make swelling go down quickly, you need to take lots of walks, but because I did not drink New Care well, I could not walk a lot! Still, maybe because I walked little by little around my apartment complex, I slept well too, so I felt like the swelling was going down at about an average pace,,? People said I changed a lot and gave me good reactions, so I feel happy. I still haven't removed the wafer, but I think it will be even better once it is removed! Thank you for reading this long post~
