The consultation was roughly like this: To lift the mouth corners, filler would be placed at both ends of the upper lip, but then the lips would become thicker and protrude more than now (my upper lip already protrudes a bit), so there would be a chance of duck lips. Also, to match that, a lot would have to go into the lower lip too, making the lips themselves bigger. So she recommended not touching the upper lip and only adding filler to the lower lip.
So I only got the lower lip done, and since the retouch is free within a week anyway, she made the first procedure very natural I went back for the retouch, and during the retouch she added just a tiny bit more In conclusion, I’m very satisfied, and I’m glad I didn’t put any in the upper lip.. Because I have thick lips, I hadn’t even considered filler at all, but I feel like balancing the upper and lower lip ratio changes the whole vibe of the face a bit too I’m thinking of going again later when the filler wears off
