For my first surgery last year in Busan, I had implant-free surgery for a deviated septum + ear cartilage + septal extension? + bulbous nose correction. They didn’t touch the nasal bridge, only the tip. The photos show my current condition. When I put my fingers into both nostrils and feel around, only one nostril has something protruding, so it feels hard to breathe. If I pull my cheek, it doesn’t feel stuffy.
And right now my nose is a straight nose and seriously looks like a witch nose. My face shape is already angular, so I look masculine. I’m not planning to put in silicone, but what should I do to make the line look softer...
