I had implant-free nasal tip surgery using septal cartilage. My nose is long, and when I smile, the muscle that pulls my nasal tip downward is strong, so they said they would take that into account during surgery. It’s day 8 now, and I feel like my long nose has turned into an upturned nose I’m so stressed. Will this come down? I also had cartilage tying done, so from the front my nostrils have changed into an 11-shape. Will this shape go back once the swelling goes down too?
