I ended up getting incisional double eyelid surgery and eye correction with my parents' support. At the time, the hospital did not recommend epicanthoplasty because I was young (what was strange was that a classmate from the same class who had the surgery at the same hospital got epicanthoplasty too, so I don't know why they didn't recommend it to me).
I had really, really severe ptosis. In daily life, I had to open my eyes using only my forehead muscles, to the point that my head would hurt.. Anyway, I went up from the provinces and had the surgery, and based on advice from people around me, I asked them to make the line as low as possible during surgery. I asked for it to be lowered because I was worried the swelling wouldn't go down, and I never had pain in the area during or after surgery, and the anesthesia was done with something like an IV drip, so it wasn't scary either. I was comfortable throughout the surgery. They didn't prescribe any special medicine separately, and I couldn't shower or wash my face for a week, but I could eat whatever I wanted without restrictions. Having the stitches removed hurt and stung more than the surgery itself.. The good and bad point of my surgery result is that when I tell people around me that I had surgery, they don't know. Since the surgery, my eyes seem a little bigger, but for me I want something more dramatic, so I'm looking into clinics! I also regret not having the line set lower! To those getting their first surgery, or those planning it, surgery is less painful and less scary than you think!
