Before/after incision + upper canthoplasty
I saw reviews in a community about surgery by Director H.S.Y. at Dd.K Plastic Surgery, thought I should at least get a consultation, made an appointment, and visited. The line was so much my style.. lol
During the consultation, the doctor explained in detail what I wanted and what was possible with my eyes, so my mind changed from wanting a semi-out line to an in-out line, and I set the surgery date. When drawing the line before surgery, they looked so meticulously and in such detail that I thought, they go this far? During surgery too, they guided me to open and close my eyes while checking the line and calming me down, which made me feel very reassured.
As a side note, during my first surgery, after the consultation I wanted to do it quickly, so I didn’t really look into anything and just had surgery right away. For the line, out-fold was rejected right at the start, and they said an inline would be best, held the line exactly three times, and went into surgery. Even during the surgery, I was hearing things like, what should we eat for lunch.. so I felt kind of bad about it. lol But here, even when drawing the line before surgery, I opened and closed each eye more than 20 times, and it was the same in the operating room. I felt like they were focused only on me, so I trusted them.
I’m also the type who doesn’t swell much, but there was less swelling than I expected, so now on day 60, it feels like it has all settled down.
I had revision surgery because my eyelids had drooped, and now when I open my eyes, I love that I can clearly see the ceiling. My sunken eyes were also quite severe, but by raising the line, the hollowing also improved.
People around me all say it turned out well, and I’m satisfied too. Before surgery, I worked hard and got a lot of help from reading 2 years’ worth of reviews in the community overnight, so I’m leaving a review. Worrying only delays time, so if you’re thinking about it, look into several places carefully and do it soon!
