As the swelling goes down, her nose is getting thinner, and from the side it looks super high During the pre-surgery consultation with the director, she wanted to use autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, and the director also recommended that, so she even had an X-ray taken. But because she is older, they said it would be difficult to use autologous costal cartilage, so she had no choice but to use donated costal cartilage. They said that if donated costal cartilage is used, the nasal tip may drop a bit more than with autologous costal cartilage, and the chance of inflammation is slightly higher than with autologous costal cartilage, so I was a bit worried. But thankfully, my mom says she is fine without any of those issues?! Every time I see her, it looks higher than my nose, to the point where I wonder if I should get revision surgery too.. I'm happy too seeing how pleased she is because it came out exactly in the shape she wanted^^ If I get revision surgery later, I think I should have it done by Director Song In-su too I'll post another 6-month review~!
