I have everything: a crooked nose, severe hump, long nose, and bulbous nose. I went to 5 places, and all 5 directors said it’s a nose that needs attention to various things, and recommended no implant + ear cartilage + septal cartilage. They said I shouldn’t expect a big frontal-view effect.. and should think of it as shaving the hump and improving the side profileㅜ Would it still be better to do it? Most also recommended osteotomy and nostril/alar base reduction, but some clinics said I don’t have to do them, so I’m torn
