It’s day 4 after revision rhinoplasty. Maybe because I had a paranasal augmentation done together too…… my nasal tip looks really upturned and my nose looks much shorter. I feel like I got a pig nose Will the nasal tip come down too once the swelling goes down? I’m tearing up. It really seems like it failed. Should I prepare for a second revision? The materials used were ear cartilage and donated rib cartilage
