I had fat grafting in 3 areas: my forehead, front cheeks, and hollowed side cheeks. For me, the most important thing was absolutely for it to look natural, so I had consultations at a few clinics that said they do it naturally, and then had the surgery. The clinic I went to is really a place that does it naturally, so they tend not to put in a lot, and actually now I’m thinking I should have had them put in more hahaha After fat grafting, my face looks more three-dimensional and has a younger-looking feel. My forehead feels slightly not perfectly smooth, but still, to other people it doesn’t seem very noticeable. If you’re going for full-face volume, I recommend fat grafting rather than filler ~
