I had my first nose surgery at ㅍㄹㅈ 2 years ago: nostril-wing reduction + silicone nasal bridge implant + nasal tip cartilage tying and columella lowering. Even before the swelling went down, my nostrils were uneven, and once the swelling went down and it settled somewhat, the nasal bridge was visibly crooked...？ The columella was also lowered more excessively than what was discussed at the first consultation, and even though I had nostril-wing reduction, they said it was semi-permanent or whatever Since they made the overall nose shape round, it just stayed a bulbous nose and doesn’t seem improved at all.. I was having such a hard time because of this, so I spent a long time looking through forums and reviews, and by chance I found someone who had surgery at the same clinic. That person was also stressed about similar issues to mine If it’s rhinoplasty, I really want to tell people not to go to ㅍㄹㅈ.... Absolutely...
