The areas where I had liposuction were (double chin, outer arms, upper abdomen, lower abdomen, flanks, entire back, mons pubis, front/back/both sides of the thighs, Chanel line, back of the calves),
and the fat grafting was to the side hip-dip area of the pelvis.
I don't remember the exact volumes for either, but it was major enough that I had the surgeries split into 2 sessions one week apart. Please listen with the fact that I gained about 10 kg after surgery in mind.
First of all.. if someone says they're getting liposuction, I really, really want to stop them at all costs. If you're going to do it, even if you look for a place that shapes the line really well, scars are really not something you can ignore.. After surgery, I developed adhesions in almost every area except my arms: abdomen, back, thighs, calves, and buttock (right side only), and I ended up with a total of 18 surgical scars.. Maybe about 5 scars on my back and above the back of my buttocks are the kind you only notice if you look closely at the skin? The rest are scars that make anyone think, oh, they had liposuction.. Especially the scars behind the armpits, at the elbows, under the buttocks, and in the areas where the knees bend are way too noticeable.. I tried laser treatment to get rid of the scars, paying 550,000 won a month, but they didn't really disappear much, and I have to pour in almost as much money as the liposuction cost. And when people say they aren't noticeable, it's just that they're white so they don't show as much; if someone sees them, they can tell I had surgery To get the skin back to how it was before, the only options are to take extremely good care of it right after surgery, or spend a lot of money like me and get laser procedures..
As for the adhesions, I just left them alone thinking they'd go away with time, but not a single one went away, and the severe swelling I never had before plus the blotchy unevenness right under the skin? (like bruising) didn't disappear. Because of that, I even went through severe depression thinking I would have to live forever with a lumpy, bumpy body.. Recently, thankfully, with care, the blotchy bruise-like discoloration has almost all disappeared, but the unevenness from the adhesions is still the same.. At least last week I saw a case where adhesions were loosened with radiofrequency massage, so I'm currently getting care that costs about 700,000 won for 5 sessions, but they said you need more than 10 sessions per area to see results To get rid of all the adhesions on my body, I think it will cost over 5 million won,,
And if I can give just one piece of advice, please, please, please think one more time before deciding on liposuction on the back of the thighs.. A person's body weight can't stay the same for life. You can gain or lose weight, and even if there is no problem at the time, if you gain or lose even a little weight, that area really shows it; In my case, I gained another 10 kg after surgery, but even before I gained weight, the line at the back of my buttocks was a mess.. Recently, when I went to the place where I get care, the therapist said the hospital barely touched the inner thighs because if they removed too much, the skin could sag, and they also didn't remove all the fat from the back of the thighs because the buttock line could collapse.. In reality, my buttock line became slightly uneven (you can see the asymmetry when I move), and right under the buttock line, it looks like there's an extra tube-shaped roll.. I don't know about other areas, okay? But for the back of the thighs, even if it's a good hospital, I hope you'll think it over just one more time.. I did it because I heard the place I had surgery at was good too
For the fat grafting, I'm satisfied with the left side, but on the right side there are adhesions + a deep indentation + it looks like it bulges out above the panty line.. I think it didn't settle properly because I usually have a habit of sleeping on my right side, and honestly I feel like this is my fault, so I won't say much about it..
A lumpy body + scars that don't disappear I've had several surgeries and procedures up to now, and as long as they were reasonably okay, I was satisfied with almost all of them. But I regret liposuction so much because of the reasons above. I am now painfully realizing that I should have just gotten personal training and managed my body with massages instead.. I'm serious. I'm really being serious. I'm thinking of investing the same amount of money I spent on liposuction again to loosen up the lumpy body, diet, and treat the scars with lasers, but I don't know how long this will take.. Just get personal training, everyone I hope you see that there are many people like me and take this as a lesson..
(The photos are with tape on because I'm managing the scars..!)
