I posted a review once before too, but to mark the 6-month point, I came back again with a ton of photos ~~~ !! When I came back after a while, there were so many comments. Sorry I couldn’t reply sooner ㅠㅠ
Canthoplasty definitely seems to loosen the tissue more as time passes, and maybe because of that, my eyes feel like they look more and more opened up!
I had seen a lot of people say that canthoplasty must be done with an incision to see results, but even though mine was non-incisional, there’s this much difference,, hahaha hoh
Maybe because my eyes look more open and refreshed after surgery, my eye makeup has gotten much lighter too, and I’ve become a woman who can confidently post bare-faced photos on Instagram ୧( ˵ ° ~ ° ˵ )୨
There’s no visible scarring, the skin stretches out really well, and there’s no foreign-body sensation at all. In the very early period after surgery, water would get into my eyes even when I washed my face with my eyes closed, and even with my eyes closed, in winter it felt like cold wind was coming in only through the canthoplasty area ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Now everything is totally fine ㅎ-ㅎ
If you look at the photos, there’s barely any exposure of the red tissue called the lacrimal lake, right? So I think it looks even more natural! As of now, I don’t think there’s any chance the canthoplasty will close back up ~~~ Wow, seriously, I highly, highly recommend dual canthoplasty. Everyone, have a beautiful day (๑•᎑<๑)ｰ☆
