I had rhinitis too, and since I had the typical bulbous nose and low nose, I had worried about it my whole life. These days they say functional rhinoplasty can be covered by indemnity insurance, so I went for a consultation, but I immediately put down a deposit and had the surgery. Honestly, it isn't the dramatic line I had expected, but it seems to have turned out well with a natural? line that fits my face exactly and doesn't look unnatural.
