For my first nose surgery, I had silicone in the nasal bridge and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. For revision surgery, do they always use costal cartilage?? The angle between my nasal tip and philtrum (nasolabial angle) feels like a right angle, so it looks a bit chic and strong, and I want to lift it slightly. But if I lift the nasal tip, I guess it’s unavoidable that my nostrils will show more from the front, right..?
