Eye Surgery Reviews

I had revision incisional double-eyelid surgery and fat grafting to the upper eyelids together~

It had been quite a while since my first double-eyelid surgery, but one eye had lost too much fat from the upper eyelid, causing severe multiple creases. People often told me that my impression looked too fierce. The eye with the multiple creases couldn’t be covered even with makeup, so I sometimes used double-eyelid tape to make them symmetrical. As you can see, the outer part of my eye slanted upward, and I also disliked looking fierce. Since I didn’t have much fat on my upper eyelids, I asked whether revision surgery with the buried-suture method was possible, but after consulting several clinics, they told me that eyes like mine needed an incisional procedure to correct the multiple creases and create a clean line. I knew that if an incisional double-eyelid surgery went wrong, it would be difficult to reverse, so I visited several clinics known for doing it well. I was introduced to [Clinic A] and visited, and Dr. Park Byeong-ho advised that the line would look clean and unified only if the hollowing of my upper eyelids was improved at the same time. I therefore had revision incisional eye-shape correction together with upper-eyelid fat grafting~ It was a surgery I had never even considered, but after doing it, I understand why it was recommended. Rather than making my upper eyelids look puffy, it feels like only the sunken areas were naturally filled. Before surgery, my impression looked very fierce, as if I were straining my eyes, but now I look much softer and gentler, which I love so much T_T. Opening my eyes is also much more comfortable than before~ I’ve been told many times that I look prettier after revision surgery, haha.
