I have a short chin and fairly severe double-chin fullness, so I went for a consultation at [Clinic D] with a friend who knows a lot about plastic surgery. The consultation manager and the director explained everything from the terminology to the anatomy in an easy-to-understand way, so even I, who knew absolutely nothing about plastic surgery, could follow comfortably. The director explained while looking with ultrasound that, rather than doing only double-chin liposuction, removing subcutaneous fat and reducing the muscle as well would prevent the contour from folding again and help it last longer. The price was higher than liposuction alone, but because they directly looked at and explained my anatomy with ultrasound, I understood why it was necessary. It did not feel like they were adding unnecessary procedures; it felt like they were recommending only what was needed for my facial structure. My friend who came with me also said the consultation was good. For now, I was satisfied with the consultation too.
