I visited several clinics for rhinoplasty consultations, and the recommended approach differed more than I expected from clinic to clinic. I said I was concerned that the tip of my nose was a little blunt and that the overall line was not clean, and that I wanted a natural improvement. I liked that they explained how it was important to design the nose to suit my facial shape rather than simply making it higher, and they also explained in detail what was needed for my nose and what to watch out for. I am still deliberating, but the consultations seem to be helping me gradually organize what kind of surgery I want.
