I consulted about my first rhinoplasty because I was concerned about a bulbous nose and a short columella. The doctor said it could not be done because removing the columella would make it longer. Honestly, the doctor seemed to have very firm convictions, so even if I said I wanted it done a certain way, I felt my wishes would not really be reflected. He drew on a printed sheet and then said, “Nothing else to ask, right? Shall we go?” and left. It did not feel exactly unfriendly; he just seemed naturally curt. I do not think he lacks skill, but he spoke very matter-of-factly according to his own ideas before I could even ask questions, giving the impression that it had to be done his way. Even if I disliked it, I felt I could not say much. The coordinator was very pretty and kind ^^. Communication with the doctor is most important to me, so I probably would not choose this place.
