I’ve had dark circles + protruding under-eyes for over 20 years, so I want to get under-eye fat repositioning They say under-eye fat repositioning should be done when you’re young and your skin is firm, so I’m confused whether I should get lower blepharoplasty or under-eye fat repositioning. When I saw on the news before that someone lost their vision during under-eye fat repositioning, it made me think it’s not a minor surgery, right? I heard you should avoid places that recommend fat grafting when doing under-eye fat repositioning. Are there actually many cases of side effects??
