When I went for consultations, I saw a lot of places that were really not great, but at ㄹㅂㄹ, the director was really, really so nice. His voice was very gentle, and even when I spoke casually, he accurately understood my needs and explained things to me. Before going into surgery, I went in saying the shape I wanted, and it really came out exactly in the shape I wanted, so I’m so happy.
