I had fat grafting 8 years ago I guess my retention rate was good It lasted a really long time Back then I really did fat grafting without hesitation I guess good engraftment without side effects is a matter of luck too I had it put into the nasolabial folds, forehead, and temples The nasolabial folds lost volume quickly though I guess there was nothing that could be done about that But my forehead later became even more naturally pretty
