I had surgery to shave down my hump nose and only raise the tip. The tip turned out pretty, but the hump was shaved strangely. For about two months after surgery it was okay, but after that, as the swelling went down, the hump became completely uneven and lumpy, haha, I went through a lot emotionally. In the end, I had revision surgery at another hospital with silicone inserted.
