I went there after booking a consultation, but I didn’t get to meet the surgeon. I was able to choose the surgeon I wanted myself, but I did not have a consultation with that doctor, and someone else spoke with me instead. The consultation with the coordinator was kind, but there was pressure to pay the surgery deposit in advance, and I didn’t like that they confidently recommended an implant that is now hardly used because of postoperative risks. I ended up looking at the surgery schedule, and seeing how packed it was with almost no breaks made me feel uneasy instead.
