This is my nose after complete removal done through a closed approach in Hongdae: silicone capsule, ear cartilage, septal extension graft, and septal support strut.
It’s already been 13 days since the surgery. I think a lot of the major swelling has gone down, and sometimes I feel a pulling sensation, so I’ve been gently massaging it.
It moves well from side to side, but I think making a pig nose is still too much for now. There’s no foreign-body sensation, I can breathe well, and I don’t feel like it’s lifting up yet.
I’m very satisfied with the removal. As expected, I think the nose really shouldn’t be touched!
