I had LASEK in December 2021, and after the surgery, I couldn’t even open my eyes until day 2..
The problem was that after the surgery, I lived with artificial tears for a year and a half.
The hospital only told me that I could have dry eye syndrome and to use artificial tears well..
I also developed glare at night that I hadn’t had before, so at first I couldn’t drive at night.
Still, if you asked whether I’d do it again if I went back to that time, I think I would. It’s that convenient, and now I don’t really use artificial tears much either.. My vision still hasn’t dropped.
