I had double eyelid surgery about 2 years ago with buried sutures, and at the time they said they would make it pretty, but the line was too thin and it ended up becoming an inner double eyelid.. I wanted a dramatic out-line though Every time I looked in the mirror it bothered me so much, and I thought a lot about revision surgery.. Doing it with an incision felt scary, but I also didn’t want to keep living with it like this So I got revision surgery! I did it with natural adhesion, and I originally wanted to do my nose at the same time too lol, but since it costs a lot; for now I only did my eyes lol Since my eyes turned out well, I’m thinking about my nose a bit too!
From the start, I wanted a dramatic look, so during the consultation I insisted, not exactly forcing but kind of forcing, that they make it an out-line! In the end, we set it at 11 mm! During weeks 1-2, I did wonder, did we set it too high? lol But once I started entering week 3, the swelling went down and it got closer to the line I wanted~~ Since the line became higher, people around me also said my vibe looked a bit different, and I heard a lot that my eyes look much clearer lol
Now it’s been about a month, and I think it came out well as the dramatic line I had imagined! I know everyone probably feels the same, but I keep thinking that if I hadn’t had the revision, I’d still be regretting it One of my acquaintances is also looking into getting double eyelid surgery this time, and I hope it goes well for them lol
