My nose is a bit blunt and instead of a straight line, it comes out curved, so I had a consultation. They said they would add ear cartilage to raise the nasal tip a bit more and replace the silicone to match that, but would there be no problem with the shape if I do it this way?? If they raise it, don’t they need to tie the alar cartilages again? They say that if I raise the height more, the cartilage or silicone could show through later, but if I don’t raise it, the nose is blunt, and if I do raise it, show-through can happen. What am I supposed to do.. But do people who usually go high just accept that level of risk?
