I don't have a lot of fat on my body, but I'm the type who has a lot concentrated on my upper arms, so I got LAMS injections? about 5 years ago. Thinking back, it was probably mini liposuction. First of all, the effect was better than I expected, so my bulky arms improved a lot, and I liked that I got a more delicate fit when wearing sleeveless tops or knit T-shirts. They said the effect would be better if I exercised alongside it, so as a bonus I worked out hard too. As for downsides, the bruising was seriously worse than I expected, and for the first 2 weeks? it hurt even if someone just pressed lightly. I do think it's better to do it in winter rather than summer
