Supplements to reduce swelling... cushion, cosmetic surgery pillow, bucket hat, clothes, mask, contracture cream, backrest cushion, neck pillow This is seriously a bit of a reality-check moment ^^ lol Honestly, things like contracture cream probably won't really have much effect, but I bought it just to feel at ease, and it's so expensive... When I think about buying extra things like bruise cream now, it feels like I could have gotten a dozen or so other procedures done instead The cosmetic surgery pillow is hard to get used to too, why is it already hard even before the surgery;;;
