Hehe, I had nose surgery combining functional and cosmetic parts. I had osteotomy, bulbous nose correction, and the nasal bridge and nasal tip done~! For the functional part, I also had sinusitis treated. During surgery, they removed a lot of pus, and the director said it’s something that can recur even after surgery, so he asked me to pay attention to nasal irrigation~ The fact that I could get it done together with cosmetic rhinoplasty, instead of separately at an ENT clinic, feels like such a great deal! Now it’s the change of seasons again. Pollen and so on... I think it’ll get worse.. I really need to manage things more diligently with nasal irrigation.. The director emphasized that aftercare is really important for functional nose surgery;; But because I do it a lot, the inside of my nose does get a little dry.. I bought a moisturizing balm to apply inside the nose from Coupang and I’m using it Anyway, still, I got~! a pretty nose with no functional problems, everyone
