First of all, the consultation manager was very kind. She clearly explained the areas that needed work and the areas that didn’t really need to be touched, and I liked that she didn’t push excessively! Since she checked in person while looking at me and confirmed which areas would be good to do, I trusted them more. Because there are many patients, making an appointment was a bit difficult, but weekday mornings seemed relatively easier to book (that doesn’t mean every time slot is available)!
