I had surgery without an implant, and a lot of people tell me it’s amazing that the shape came out this wellㅠ I’m so grateful, and I actually think it came out this natural because I didn’t use an implant!! If I had put in an implant, the nasal tip could have become a bit longer and looked more awkward, so I think going implant-free was the perfect moveㅋㅋㅋ
Now the shape is good and the swelling has gone down a lot, so I think it’s almost close to the final shape. Since I didn’t use costal cartilage and had surgery only with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, I feel much more at ease too. There’s a lot of talk that using ear cartilage doesn’t make the nose look slim, but I think it depends on the case. I’m a case that saw a full effect with ear cartilageㅋㅋ
When getting consultations, rather than places that say everything is definitely possible, I think the highest chance of good results comes from doing it somewhere that understands your current condition best!! That was the case for meㅎㅎ
After surgery, I gained so much confidence, and my life before and after surgery has completely changed. I really think it’s the best thing I’ve done in my lifeㅋㅋ
