I had the silicone removed last August and only had cartilage repositioning so that the nasal tip wouldn’t lift up, and I haven’t regretted it once since. Before, when I had an implant in and my nasal tip was high, it didn’t look good aesthetically either, but the pressure sensation at the nasal tip was really severe. After removing it, I don’t have that anymore, and since it’s a bit prettier than my original nose, I don’t regret it even though the first surgery and revision surgery cost a lot. Because of the pressure sensation, I felt uneasy about leaving the nasal tip cartilage, but I think repositioning it was the right choice. I hope it just stays like this without lifting up~~~ haha
