Before<Before>Before<After>I recently had one session of capsular care, my tissue has softened a lot, and the tingling in my breasts is almost gone now! During the day, I only wear a corrective bra, and at night I wear a sports bra and an upper band. For the area where I had areola reduction surgery on my left breast, I shower after applying a waterproof bandage, and I apply regenerative ointment to that area and the transaxillary incision sites morning and evening. Since I am only one month out, I don't think there are any uncomfortable parts except for some pulling in my arm near the armpit~ They said this will gradually improve over time, so I'm going to be patient and wait~ After about a month, the feel has definitely improved a lot, and I just hope more time passes quickly!
